Information upon booking

 

 Upon booking I will ask if there are any medical condition or allergies, that you believe will contra indicate to your required treatment.

You will be ask to fill out a consultation form on your first appointment,  which will be treated in the strictest of confidence prior to receiveing treatments, which will be revised every time.

If there are any conflicting conditions, an atlernative treatments can be discussed.

 

 

The set of guidelines below is not an exhausted list and only serves to highlight some of the main contra indications where treatment may not be advised.

 

Pregnancy, mobility problems, active/under active thyroid, verrucus/ warts, heart problems, epilepsy, skin dieases/disorders, diabetes, metal pins/plates, claustrophobia, ear infections, cancer, surgery in the last 6 months, nuts or wheat allergies and seafood/shellfish allergies.

Some skin products may contain nuts, wheat or other allergens.

 

 

Patch Test are required 24-48hrs prior to treatment for Tinting, Glue for Eyelash Extensions and Perming Solution for Lash Lifts (perming). I can send sample out for you to test yourself Other products can be tested at your request.

For method of payment, I accept cash or Bank transfer-(This maybe ask  for deposits).

 

My Public Liability Insurance is with ABT (Associated Beauty Therapy).

Travel cost maybe added for Mileage travelled , will incur an additional cost. You will be made aware of this upon booking.
